Refund policy

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE CASE OF:

A product being faulty, unsafe, unsealed, out of date or damaged.
If we send you the wrong item and it hasn't been opened, please contact us asap to organise an exchange for the correct product.

Under these circumstances we will happily offer either a refund, a store credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

We ask that you notify us as quickly as possible so that we can rectify the problem asap:)

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE CASE OF:

Change of mind, personal preference (not liking the product) or no longer needing the product.

Particularly in the case of a product being purchased, opened, sampled and not to the personal taste of the customer.
We all have different taste buds & sometimes we won't enjoy the same things.

We do not produce the products that we sell, however we only stock things that we personally think are real good so we hope you agree!

This policy is in accordance with the consumer rights & guarantees listed by the accc.
